Where We Ship

We currently ship to all states within Mexico. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Major cities (CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey): 3 to 5 business days
Other states: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages
