Can I use a discount code?
Yes! If you have a promo code, enter it at checkout. First-time customers can use VANTYX15 for 15% off their first order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page and we'll do our best to help.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Mexico. We're working on expanding to more regions soon.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
Sizing
How do your products fit?
Fit varies by product. Each product page includes sizing details. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for an oversized look or checking the measurements provided.
What if the item doesn't fit?
If the size isn't right, you can return it within our return window and place a new order in the correct size.
